The InterDC facility in Doetinchem is 300 meters away from the Eranium HQ, meaning we are able to offer remote hands easily. All our colocation offers include best-effort free remote hands, which is quite unique considering our pricing. So what does best-effort mean? Basically help with anything in the DC as long as it’s reasonable. Need an SSD swap? Power cycle? USB boot? or new server racking? No problem and free, as long as it’s fits our planning (tomorrow is OK?). If you need it urgently we can still help you for a small fee.
